With over a decade of training, Henry has learnt the meaning of hard work and discipline and applied this to become a skilled acrobat, freerunner, martial artist and coach. Being featured in commercials, performing over the country and also having the privilege to perform in china in front of the abbot of the shaolin temple.

Going from someone who would get nervous at the thought of flipping upside down to someone who now spends a large portion of their life upside down, its Henry’s mission to share his knowledge and show people that no matter what background they are from and what area of life they walk, that with the right attitude and consistent work they too can conquer their fears and achieve things that they never would have believed they could and push past their limitations.
